Nach Abschluss der Transaktion wird die HSBC Germany Holdings Aktien in H\u00f6he von circa 99,33 Prozent des Grundkapitals der HSBC Trinkaus &amp; Burkhardt halten.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0px 0px 12px;padding: 0px;color: #000000;text-transform: none;line-height: 1.3em;text-indent: 0px;letter-spacing: normal;font-family: Arial, 'Source Sans Pro', sans-serif;font-size: 12.8px;font-style: normal;font-weight: 400\">Dar\u00fcber hinaus hat die HSBC Germany Holdings die HSBC Trinkaus &amp; Burkhardt \u00fcber ihre Absicht in Kenntnis gesetzt, einen aktienrechtlichen Squeeze-Out gem\u00e4\u00df \u00a7 327a Abs. 1 Satz 1 AktG durchzuf\u00fchren. Im Rahmen des Squeeze-Out-Verfahrens wird die Hauptversammlung der HSBC Trinkaus &amp; Burkhardt beschlie\u00dfen, dass die Aktien der \u00fcbrigen Aktion\u00e4re (Minderheitsaktion\u00e4re) auf die HSBC Germany Holdings gegen Gew\u00e4hrung einer angemessenen Barabfindung \u00fcbertragen werden.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0px 0px 12px;padding: 0px;color: #000000;text-transform: none;line-height: 1.3em;text-indent: 0px;letter-spacing: normal;font-family: Arial, 'Source Sans Pro', sans-serif;font-size: 12.8px;font-style: normal;font-weight: 400\">Der \u00dcbertragungsbeschluss im Rahmen des Squeeze-Out-Verfahrens soll voraussichtlich in einer Hauptversammlung der HSBC Trinkaus &amp; Burkhardt noch im Gesch\u00e4ftsjahr 2020 gefasst werden.
